On March 22, 1990, Deborah Sue Pagana-Fay, plaintiff herein, filed a pro se complaint in this Court seeking relief under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.1 Plaintiff is a white female and she has here sued Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (the "WSSC"), her former employer, alleging sex discrimination....
