WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Murder. Appellant's guilt was determined by a jury. Appellant elected to have the trial court assess punishment. Punishment was assessed by the trial court at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of seventy-five (75) years.
