After a trial held in November 1988, a Bexar County jury found twenty-year-old Leopoldo Narvaiz, Jr. (appellant) guilty of the April 15, 1988, capital slaying of one male, eleven-year-old E___M___, Jr., and three females, fifteen-year-old M___M___, seventeen-year-old S___ M___, and nineteen-year-old J___M___1 At the punishment phase of the trial, the jury answered affirmatively the punishment issues submitted...
