Abran Rodriguez, d/b/a Abe Rodriguez and Associates, appeals a judgment entered against him for compensatory and punitive damages in a non-jury trial. Plaintiff, Georgianne Conant, alleged misconduct with respect to a polygraph examination that her employer, Katherine Katona, ordered her to take.
