SULLIVAN, Justice, for the Court:

On February 13, 1990, Randy Bush was tried and convicted for the unlawful, wilfull and felonious, knowing and intentional sale of cocaine. Bush was sentenced to a term of fifteen (15) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a fine of $20,000.00. Bush appealed to this Court and the case was remanded for the purpose of conducting a Batson
