On the morning of Saturday, 24 February 1990, defendants Taylor and Foster along with many other people went to the Fleming Center, a private clinic whose services include performing abortions, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Defendant Taylor went as a representative of Operation Save A Baby, a group which opposes abortion.
