Appellant, Helen Hyler, sued appellee, Andrew Boytor, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of an automobile accident. A jury found that the negligence of appellee proximately caused the accident. The jury awarded appellant damages for loss of earning capacity in the past, physical impairment in the past, medical expenses in the past, and medical expenses in the future.
