Larry W. Henshaw appeals a judgment denying his claim for personal injury damages. We affirm.

On January 18, 1985, plaintiff-appellant, Larry W. Henshaw, and two friends, Juan Urrea and Ford Leary, went to Audubon Park in the early morning and climbed high into a large oak tree.
