This is an action for recovery of damages resulting from a failure in a longitudinal weld in a hot reheat pipe at Detroit Edison's Monroe, Michigan plant. The theory upon which this case rests has been the subject of several dispositive motions and findings by this court. Defendants Dravo Corp. (Dravo) and Vectura Group, Inc. (Vectura)
