Marcus T. Warner, individually and as executor of the estate of Ruth Flores Hawks, appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of appellee, R.W. Hurt, M.D., in a medical malpractice action. In three points of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in admitting a medical expert's testimony and in entering judgment for appellee because the evidence established negligence as a matter of law.
