PER CURIAM.

The subject of this appeal is the judgment obtained by Kim Nelson-Holst on her cause of action for assault and battery filed in the county court for Douglas County against Terrance L. Iverson. After the county court entered judgment in the amount of $7,800 for Nelson-Holst, Iverson appealed to the district court for Douglas County, which reduced the amount of Nelson-Holst's judgment to $5,000.
