HARTZ, Judge.

While on supervised probation, Toby R. Sanchez, Jr., (Probationer) murdered Robert P. Vigil (Victim) during the night of May 26-27, 1987. Plaintiff is the personal representative of Victim's estate. Defendant Juanita Martinez was Probationer's probation officer. Manuel Sandoval was Martinez's supervisor and head of the Las Vegas probation office, where Martinez worked.
