This case arises out of a contract for sale of roll-forming equipment between Engel Industries, a Missouri corporation, and Medcon Enterprises, a Virginia company. The equipment was to be paid for by a letter of credit issued by First American Bank. Medcon intended to sell the equipment to an Iraqi government agency. In an earlier decision which sets forth the facts in detail, the Court granted summary judgment...
