On May 28, 1991, defendant Ronald Elliott entered a plea of guilty to one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony, (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, pars. 12-16(c)(1)(i), (g)) in the circuit court of Macon County.
