Defendant-appellant Frank A.J. Stodola, a life-long resident of Lake County, Indiana, has had a full career as attorney, judge and politician. Stodola was a practicing attorney in Hammond, Indiana for approximately thirty-seven years. He served as Hammond City Court Judge from 1955 to 1966.
