Defendant appeals his conviction for trafficking cocaine. He argues two basic issues. First, he contends that the trial court erred in failing to grant a mistrial or to promptly admonish the jury when the prosecutor said, "it's not true," after defense counsel questioned a witness about an alleged homicide conviction of a non-witness.
