Fred Perez and Eddie Schmidt, plaintiffs in the trial court, appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Brian Gulley that Perez and Schmidt's causes of action against Gulley were barred by limitations. Perez and Schmidt bring six points of error complaining that the trial court incorrectly applied a two-year rather than a four-year limitations period to their causes of action against Gulley.
