PER CURIAM:

The parties are adjoining property owners. Appellants James Colfer, Deanna Colfer and Southwest Builders & Development, Inc.1 ("Colfers") tore down the fence of respondents Robert and Barbara Harmon ("Harmons") and built a new fence.
