RUDMAN, Justice.

Lewellyn Duprey ("Duprey") appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) concluding that the Eagle Lake Water & Sewer District ("Eagle Lake") may conduct a foreclosure sale of property on which it held a sewer lien. On appeal, Duprey contends that the Superior Court erred in finding that the 18 month period of redemption set by state law
