Following a jury trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendants were convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(a)(2)) and sentenced to 16 years in prison. On appeal defendants argue that: (1) the trial court erred in denying their motion in limine to prohibit the introduction of testimony regarding the results of tests performed...
