COPE, Judge.

Herman Roth appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence, filed pursuant to Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.800. We affirm.

Roth entered into a plea agreement with the State. He agreed to plead guilty to attempted first degree murder with a firearm, and one count of tampering with a witness.
