Defendant appeals his convictions for stealing and attempted stealing. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of attempted stealing, § 564.011, RSMo 1986, and one count of stealing, § 570.030, RSMo 1986. One count of attempted stealing was charged as a class D felony and one as a class B misdemeanor.1 The jury assessed punishment on the misdemeanor count of attempted stealing...
