Convicted of unlawfully carrying a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and unlawful possession of cocaine, the defendant, Angel Paniaqua, appeals.1 On appeal, the defendant claims error in (1) the denial of his motion to suppress; (2) the Commonwealth's exercise of a peremptory challenge; and (3) the denial of his motions for required finding because the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions.
