BLEIL, Justice.

Steven Canida appeals his conviction for the offense of delivery of marihuana of more than four ounces. The main issue is whether the trial court erred in allowing testimony regarding chemical tests performed on the marihuana. Other issues concern whether a severance should have been granted, the sufficiency of the evidence, and whether the trial court should have granted a mistrial.
