The basic question raised in this appeal is whether there is substantial evidence to sustain worker's compensation benefits awarded by the hearing examiner. Incidental to the determination of that question is whether the decision of the district court which reviewed the order of the hearing examiner and determined that a physician's report was not admissible in the worker's compensation hearing is correct.
