Terry Arthur, personal representative of the estates of John Arthur and Rebecca Arthur, appeals the trial court's order granting summary final judgment to defendants Unicare Health Facilities, Inc., d/b/a Greenbrook Nursing Center (the nursing home) and Malcolm R. Fraser, M.D. We reverse.
