This case involves the Open Meetings Act, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6252-17 (Vernon Supp.1991). The trial judge quashed informations charging the appellees with violating the Act because the State failed to plead exceptions to the criminal conduct listed in the statute.
