Russell Hill appeals his convictions for bank robbery and armed bank robbery. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

On February 4, 1991, a grand jury charged Stanley R. Mercer and Hill, in a two-count indictment, with violating both 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and 2113(d).
