Defendant Frank B. Breitkreutz was convicted of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. On appeal, he assigns error to the district court's denial of his motion to strike the testimony of two witnesses for alleged grand jury abuse. He also assigns error to two evidentiary rulings, one admitting a purported drug ledger as the statement of a coconspirator, and the other admitting a judgment and commitment order...
