This is a rather complicated negligence case in which the principal question is whether evidence should have been admitted about a previous event in which the defendant, now the appellant, Westark Specialties, Inc. (Westark), paid a claim similar to the one made here by the appellee, The Stouffer Family LTD. Partnership, d/b/a Automotive Components, Inc. (Automotive). Our holding is that Automotive did not comply with its duty to produce evidence...
