Defendant appeals from a judgment entered after a jury trial in which he was convicted of aggravated assault and failure to appear. He raises the following issues on appeal: (1) whether there was sufficient evidence to support his conviction for aggravated assault; (2) whether the trial court exceeded its authority when it ordered Defendant banished from New Mexico; (3) whether double jeopardy prohibits the trial court from increasing...
