At their jury trial, defendants John Tejeda and Paul Christian were convicted of conspiracy to possess 500 or more grams of cocaine, with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(ii). Christian was convicted of the related substantive offense under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(ii), and of possessing one-half ounce of cocaine, with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841...
