On March 31, 1992, defendant pled guilty to a single count indictment charging him with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). In the course of preparing the presentence report, probation determined that defendant has two prior convictions which constitute "crimes of violence" as defined in USSG § 4B1.2 and that he should be sentenced as a "career offender" under that section. Defendant does not dispute that his prior convictions...
