Petitioner Ruben Nunez-Pena seeks review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision affirming an immigration judge's denial of his application for discretionary relief from deportation under section 212(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.S.C. § 1182(c).1 We have jurisdiction pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1105a.
