This insurance contribution case arose after National Grange Mutual Insurance Company paid a claim for fire damage to the dwelling of its insured, Robert Hutto. National Grange brought this declaratory judgment action against Firemen's Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, alleging that Firemen's had contributive coverage on the Hutto home and, therefore, owed a pro rata share of the loss under S.C.Code...
