OPINION

CHAPA, Justice.

Appellant's motion for rehearing is denied, this court's opinion delivered on December 11, 1991 is withdrawn, and the following opinion is substituted therefor.

Appellant, Antonio Gonzales, appeals his conviction for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The trial court sentenced appellant to 99 years in prison and ordered that the sentence be served consecutively with the 99 year sentence in #88-CR-6102
