McRAE, Justice, for the Court:

This appeal stems from a suit by two wholesalers of used automobiles against a used car dealer and a bank which financed some of the dealer's sales. The case was tried in the Circuit Court of Hinds County. The jury returned a verdict against the bank, awarding $25,000 to the wholesalers and $1,200 to the dealer pursuant to the dealer's cross-claim. The court entered judgment in accordance with the verdict. The bank assigns several errors...
