OPINION

LARSEN, Justice.

A jury convicted Eduardo Reyes, Appellant, of two counts of attempted murder. The trial court assessed punishment at two concurrent 16 year terms of imprisonment. In nine points of error, Appellant challenges various trial court rulings admitting and excluding evidence. In a tenth point, Appellant asserts he was denied effective assistance of counsel. We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the cause for a new trial...
