Following a joint trial, Paul R. Taylor and Albert Weston were convicted of threatening bodily injury with intent to retaliate for information given to law enforcement officials in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1513 (1988). Taylor was also convicted of carrying a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (1988). Taylor challenges certain rulings made at the trial.
