PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant's medical malpractice suit. The order is affirmed.

Appellant sued appellees Houston Orthopedic Center and Thomas S. Padgett, M.D., and also John J. Debender, M.D., in November 1983, alleging negligence in the treatment of appellant's broken left leg. Appellant injured the leg in September 1979, at age 16, during football...
