Anil K. Gulati and Maria A. Gulati (collectively referred to as "Gulati") instituted this action in the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond alleging that Coyne International Enterprises Corp. ("Coyne") had breached a contract for the purchase of real estate. Coyne removed the action to this court.
