OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

This appeal is yet another employer/employee relationship case involving, among other things, that age old "Employment-At-Will Doctrine" which has stood steadfast in the battle of time, save and except for occasions where obviously needed exceptions have been carved from its general premise. Suffice it to say that the "Employment-At-Will Doctrine" is not only still the law in our beloved State, but it is also very much alive...
