This is an appeal from the jury verdict and judgment for defendant, Dr. Aswath Subram, and against plaintiff, Gene Griffin, administrator of the estate of his deceased wife, Annie Griffin (Griffin). Plaintiff's post-trial motion, seeking a new trial on all issues, was denied. Plaintiff appeals.
