PER CURIAM.

The Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (hereafter HRS) petitions for a writ of prohibition and/or writ of certiorari barring the respondents from carrying out a judicially-mandated plan of treatment for a mentally ill defendant. Our analysis of the respondents' orders leads us to conclude that they involve neither an absence of subject matter jurisdiction nor a departure from the essential requirements of law.
