MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before us upon the Defendants' objections to Magistrate Judge Lefkow's Report and Recommendation issued October 13, 1992, which recommended that the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the claims of the option trader plaintiffs be denied.
