PETERSON, Judge.
James Armentrout appeals from an order finding him guilty of four acts of criminal contempt for refusing to answer questions while serving as a witness in a criminal trial. He was sentenced to 90 days for each contempt with the sentences served consecutively to each other and to any prison sentence Armentrout was serving at the time.
