Carlos Martinez was convicted of first degree burglary and of resisting an officer, after a jury trial. On appeal, he asserts three grounds of error: (1) that the district court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal on the burglary charge; (2) that the court committed reversible error by instructing the jury before the start of deliberations that returning a verdict would "make a definite contribution to the efficient administration...
