Kendall appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court (Cumberland County, Alexander, J.), granting a summary judgment to Connecticut National Bank (the "Bank") in the bank's action to foreclose a mortgage and recover amounts due under an unsecured note; and a summary judgment to the Bank on Kendall's counterclaims alleging: (1) that the Bank violated the federal securities laws and (2) that the Bank is liable for negligent misrepresentation...
