Cameron Matthew Christensen was charged with two counts of first degree burglary, grand theft, and petit theft. I.C. §§ 18-1401, -1402, -1404, -2403(1), -2407(1)(b)1, -2407(2). Pursuant to a plea agreement, Christensen pled guilty to one count of first degree burglary and to grand theft in exchange for the dismissal of the other burglary and petit theft charges.
