OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted of capital murder, with punishment being assessed at life in the penitentiary after the jury answered "no" to the special issue on "future dangerousness." This conviction was affirmed.

Turner v. State, No. 14-89-00835-CR, 1991 WL 273144 (Tex.App.— Houston [14th], delivered December 12, 1991).
